Mr. Michael Tierney
        President & CEO

        e-mail address
Recognizing that the future of security alarm systems lay in personalized, client-friendly monitoring, Mr. Mike Tierney started Alarm Monitoring Cooperative, Inc. in his apartment over thirty years ago. Back then when the security system's tape dialer would call, he would translate the alarm with the help of index cards and then telephone the police himself. As the company grew he added staff and then led the pioneering charge in computer automation, allowing for the first time alarms in the field to be directed to operators via a mainframe terminal with all of the client data easily displayed.

Today Mr. Tierney has continued to champion innovation and spear-head improvements in the alarm monitoring field. While he continues to look eagerly toward the future of technology and embrace new innovations, he has always maintained a firm focus on customer satisfaction through moral leadership. Mr. Tierney is a proud alumni of Georgia Tech and currently makes his home in the Metro Atlanta area.
